Presentation Guidelines

Essential guidelines for preparing and submitting your conference presentation — in person or pre-recorded. Please review them carefully before submission.

Before You Prepare

General Guidelines

Presentation submission deadline: 15 September 2027 — no extensions will be granted.

Template Required

Authors must use the provided presentation template so every session looks consistent.

Logo Restrictions

Logos from other organizations or institutions are strictly prohibited on the slides.

No Overlapping

Content must not overlap the conference title or the logos placed in the template.

Hard Deadline

15 September 2027. Late presentation files cannot be accommodated in the program.

Template flexibility

The provided file is a flexible starting template. Authors may freely add, remove, reorder or redesign the content slides. However, the title slide structure and the header and footer on every slide must remain unchanged, and no content, images, shapes or videos may overlap these areas.

  • To avoid laptop and projector compatibility problems, authors must prepare and submit presentation files in advance.
  • Only the provided template may be used to prepare the presentation.
  • Presentations must be submitted in .pptx format only.
  • A presentation is accepted only if it follows every guideline and the listed authors have completed registration in advance.
  • Cancellation of tickets is not permitted once presenter details and presentation files are outstanding.
  • Upload the file to a cloud drive and submit an editable link so the committee can download it.

Important Notice

Multiple Authors

If a paper has multiple authors, only those listed in the submission form as presenters may present. All listed presenters must be registered in advance.

Certificate Requirements

It is not mandatory for every author to present, but only those who actively take part in the Q&A session receive a "Certificate of Presentation."

03

Co-Author Registration

Co-presenters listed in the form need a valid co-author registration and must attend both the presentation and the Q&A session to receive the certificate.
