Add-ons & Notices
Per page beyond six, up to a maximum of eight pages including references.
Plus the difference in fee, if a valid IEEE membership or student ID is not uploaded.
The organizing body falls below the prescribed GST turnover threshold, so no GST is collected.
The invoice issued by the ticketing platform is the sole and final proof of payment.
IEEE no-show policy. Each accepted paper in the final program must have at least one author present it at the conference, virtual or physical. Non-presented papers are not submitted to the IEEE Xplore® digital library.
The Rulebook
Applies to every registration, whichever category you choose.
- The conference is held in hybrid mode.
- Papers are limited to six pages including references, with no author biography at the end.
- Up to eight pages are permitted on payment of ₹1,000 ($25) per extra page.
- Platform details for virtual attendees are emailed after registration.
- Attendee registration includes access to all technical sessions and keynotes.
- Fees exclude payment gateway and currency conversion charges.
Every accepted paper needs one author registered in full before it enters the program.
- Each paper must be covered by a full IEEE member or non-member registration paid by one of the authors.
- IEEE members supply their membership number and card at registration. Validation happens afterwards — if it fails, the balance fee for the relevant category becomes payable.
- Students upload a valid student ID for the student rate, otherwise the balance fee applies.
- Keep the transaction ID from the payment gateway and your bank in case the payment needs tracing.
- Quote your Paper ID and registration confirmation number in all correspondence.
Co-presenter registration is only for co-authors who want to present and receive a certificate. All co-authors get full session access either way.
Conditions
- Valid only if the paper is already registered by a primary author.
- The certificate is issued only if the co-presenter joins the Q&A session after the presentation.
- Co-presenter payment is non-refundable.
- Author and co-presenter must both attend the session, physically or virtually.
Documents needed
- Primary author's name
- Primary author's transaction receipt
- Paper ID
- IEEE membership card (IEEE rate)
- Student ID valid for 2027 (student rate)
If any condition is unmet, the committee may withhold the certificate of presentation and the co-presenter registration becomes invalid.
Written notice is required. Refunds are processed only after the conference.
- Cancellations refund the fee less a 50% cancellation charge, if written notice arrives before 15 September 2027. No refunds after that date.
- Notify the organizers at registrations@iprecon.org.
- Bank service and administration charges are deducted from the refund.
- Non-presented papers are not submitted to IEEE Xplore®, as per IEEE no-show policy.
