Accommodation assistance for international student authors attending IPRECON 2027 — shared rooms in a 4 or 5-star facility, with transport to the venue arranged.

Who Qualifies

Exclusive to International Student Authors

Open to IPRECON 2027 international authors except Nepal and Bhutan, who attend visa-free.

Premium Facilities

Two shared rooms of the same gender in a 4 or 5-star facility with modern amenities.

Transport Included

Commute to the venue is arranged for every hosted participant — no local transport to plan.

Stay Duration

Arranged 15–18 October 2027, covering the full conference period.

Shared Rooms

Rooms are shared with delegates of the same gender, which helps networking and cultural exchange.

Extended support

Delegates from the USA, Canada, and Latin & Central America may be eligible for an additional complimentary night because of longer travel. Contact the organizers to discuss your specific travel requirements — we understand the demands of long-distance travel and are here to help.
